What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as armor or final sale products, may be ineligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.
Do you offer a warranty on your gear?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, or misuse.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Absolutely. We are proud to support our service members and ship to all military addresses via USPS. Please ensure the address format is correct to avoid delivery delays.
